About Dr. Tuttle
I believe psychotherapy is an important but frequently overlooked treatment for many mental health problems like depression and anxiety. Evidence-based research suggests that many people who suffer from depression find greater relief from their symptoms with a combined use of psychotherapy and psychiatric medications than from the use of medications alone. Research also indicates that receiving combined medication treatment and psychotherapy from a psychiatrist is more cost effective than dividing treatment between a psychiatrist and a psychotherapist.
